“What company do you admire most?” , was the question asked in a survey by Fortune magazine and partner Hay Group. The survey was sent to 3,700 different industries across the country. The verdict is in, and it looks like Apple is taking home the #1 spot.

It’s no surprise to see Apple sitting atop the most admired list, with everything they’ve released in the past couple of years. The way Apple is able to keep everything in house, as every product and program seems to interact with each other effortlessly. They have created a niche in nearly every facet of the media world, on top of their computer releases.

There were eight different key attributes that companies were ranked within their industry, and Apple scored the #1 spot on three of the eight. Innovation, People management, Quality of products/services were the three that Apple dominated. They never ranked lower than 5 on any of the attributes in for their industry.
