If there are already enough "refurbished" iphones available so soon after it's release to sell them via the apple store, I'd say there are major problems with the device. I so wanted the iPhone to be my first cell phone and my second PDA... unfortunately Apple dropped the ball on this device. Maybe v2.0 will get it right? Read between the lines.
