I could easily recommend this game based on name alone. Dr. Awesome is game you should own, for more reasons than just its name. The game is based around you, Dr. Awesome, stopping a deadly virus strain from effecting those around you. The surgery portion of the game utilizes the tilt controls, and it handles very well. One of cool aspects of the game is that you can use your iPhone contact list as a list of the patients you need to save.
