I’v followed this series from the get-go, but try as I might, I cannot get my mini to work properly…
No matter what I try, I cannot connect to the mini from outside my own LAN. At best I get the login screen for my ADSL modem/router, at worst a time-out connecting to server.
From inside my LAN everything works flawlessly, both with the standard Apache and MAMP, so it seems there is a problem with the port forwarding, but I cannot figure out what is wrong.. Any helpers?

Your ISP may be blocking, or are using a proxy server.
I have WildBlue Satellite Internet and I cannot run a server from my Mac because they block the service.
The first weeek of service it worked, slowly, but they discovered me and blocked it ever since.
Run a traceroute with Network Utility and check the IP #’s.
Many ISP’s block you from running servers.
Check with your ISP.

Great guides! =)
But could you please make a podcast feed for this so I can add it to iTunes? It would be so great!

I recently set up an account at Dyndns. The set up of my server seem to go well. I was able to access the page that I created by clicking on the test link provided.
I created a Dyndns host. But now I can access my site over the net. I’ve tried everything that I could think of, but I get the same message:
The connection has timed out
The server at c-67-164-80-213.hsd1.ca.comcast.net is taking too long to respond.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
I have also used thDyndns host name and the raw IP address. But I got the same results. Have you seen this behavior before?
